芦沟矿-15m水平运输大巷局部改造技术

Local Reconstruction Technology of -15m Level Transportation Roadway in Lugou Mine

摘要:

摘 要:为改进芦沟煤矿运输系统,需对-15m水平运输大巷进行扩修改造。本文对比分析两种改造方案后决定采用局部保留老巷掘进新巷,并充填老巷的方案。采用FLAC3D数值模拟分析,得出施工期间及施工后巷道围岩应力分布及位移演化规律。改造完成后,巷道围岩变形不大,验证了改造方案设计及施工工艺的合理性,为同类地质条件下巷道不停产扩修提供了参考经验。

Abstract:

Abstract:In order to improve the transportation system of Lugou mine,The -15m level transportation roadway has to be reconstructed.After comparing the two schemes,one of which was adopted as retaining the old roadway while excavating a new one along the old entry.Than filled the old roadway. The laws of stress distribution and displacement of surrounding rock evolution was obtained with the application of FLAC3D numerical simulation software. After reconstruction,the deformation of surrounding rock was small.Which verified the rationality of reconstruction scheme design and construction process.It provides reference experiences for people of roadway reconstruction without stoping production under similar geological conditions.
